What we collect
- What you type into our contact or get-started forms: name, email, and optionally company, phone, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Details you share if you email us or book a call through our scheduling provider.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you load a page, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, scope and deliver work you ask for, and keep our site running and secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who processes it
Form submissions are stored by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our email. Call bookings are handled by our scheduling provider (Cal.com) under its own privacy policy. These providers process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and for normal business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by emailing shanto@galaxor.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
